I think Sony was under a lot of pressure to release before Microsoft. This is clear because they appear to have caught MS completely off guard, unfortunately this means Sony had to rush the console together, the number of problems they are having is just too high.

Games first for me too, that's why I'm going with xbo. No one is forced to use Kinect, and the ps4 has turned out to be a huge let down, its a ps3 that just now has the capabilities of the xb360, with a faster processor. Oh, and knack. I feel so bad for ps4 buyers on launch day, that thing will be such a bore.
I don't get it, why do people keep saying they are getting PS4 because they care more about games, even though Xbox has more games as well as more innovation.

It does, it seems that at the time of development, before the specs and dev tools were finalized it was more difficult to get games to run at 1080p. Developers have said it will not be an issue in 6 months since the XBO will be finalized and everyone will know how to code on it better. Remember Forza runs at 1080p 60FPS.
I do agree however this issue should not exist, Microsoft F'ed up. They are and always have been SLOW.
Xbox fans typically don't waste their time doing this sort of thing, most don't really hate Sony, and the rest of us just don't care that much, we are excited for our console of choice. It is PS fans who typically waste hours a day trying to trash the Xbox and Microsoft, just look at every xbox article written since the reveal event, vs every PS4 article written since that reveal and tell me which one has a more negative attitudes associated with it in the comments.
